This Mastermind gathers women in leadership and entrepreneurs from different cultures, industries and walks of life, all working towards the same goal of evolving and becoming powerful change makers and impact creators with a purpose. This is not for you if you are not willing to open up and learn from different people, and you think you know it all.
You are looking for a Course and not a Mastermind. This is a collaborative experience and not a digital learning course. Everyone who is accepted in the Be to Lead Mastermind is invited to bring value to the experience. The focus is collaboration and contribution, and while there will also be foundational lessons, active participation is key to unleashing the feminine visionary power.
You don’t like to change. We only want to work with women who genuinely want to grow, believe in the power of transformation, and want to be a catalyst for change.
You shy away from challenges. To create an impact, we often operate outside our comfort zone. If you are not prepared to get in the game and dare to be, think and feel outside the box, this experience is not for you.

This is the only program that includes a woman's leadership apprenticeship experience for generational impact: each woman leader who joins the program, gives access to the program to a young talented woman from underrepresented groups. This is the "Apprendista."

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
The Be to Lead Global Mastermind is a 6-MONTH PROGRAM that focuses on the personal & professional development of women in leadership and leaders "Apprendista."
The program is comprised of 6 MONTHLY MODULES.
Each one addresses different topics and challenges, and focuses on the inner-work required to become a Game-Changer and for a new leadership to be realised.

The program also includes a selected number of individual coaching sessions that each participant can benefit from throughout the program.
